White Chili Recipe

This recipe is SO yummy!  My friend Debbie gave me this recipe and it is wonderful AND easy!
Here is the recipe and directions...


Saute:

1 pound chicken breast-boiled and cut into 1" pieces
1 onion-chopped
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oil

Add:

2 15 1/2 oz cans Great White Northern Beans
2 14 1/2 oz cans chicken broth
1-2 4 oz cans diced green chiles
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin

Boil uncovered for 30 minutes.

Add:

1 cup sour cream (can use fat free)
1/2 cup whipping cream (can use fat free half and half)

I have a recipe just like this that we love but we add lots of Monterrey Jack cheese. So yummy!
