Let me honest here. I'm not a yogurt fan. I can't decide whether it's the taste or the texture. (I'm also not a pudding fan so the texture is definitely an issue) I finally found a way to eat yogurt that I actually like. I like this Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt I tried it with fruit and chopped nuts mixed into it. That made all the difference for me! The picture shows Blueberries and almonds, but I also like raspberries and pistachios.
